We are See Tickets, the leading ticketing platform in Europe. With an international team of over 450 colleagues across 9 countries, we are dedicated to providing fans of music, sports, theatre, and culture with the ultimate experience. Our portfolio in the Benelux region includes prestigious events and festivals such as Tomorrowland, Dour, Les Ardentes, OM concerts, Kompass, Fuse, Francofolies de Spa, So Whappy, and many more.


Business Development

Our Business Development team consists of 12 colleagues across our offices in both Antwerp and Amsterdam. Their primary mission is attracting new clients, always seeking new opportunities and adeptly navigating through various markets. The ultimate goal is to grow our client base by presenting the added value of our innovative ticketing system.


As our newest team member, you'll step into the role of Business Development Manager, closely collaborating with the Team Lead for Business Development Belgium and ensuring seamless teamwork with our colleagues in Antwerp and Amsterdam. You will find yourself in an environment that is both challenging and supportive. Your mission? To promote our platform and build relationships in both familiar and new regions!


Your Responsibilities

  • Dive into your network through virtual and in-person meetings, cultivating relationships.

  • Craft and achieve individual forecasts and sales goals with finesse.

  • Showcase the dynamic value of our product solutions with infectious enthusiasm through compelling sales presentations.

  • Take charge of RFP and tender processes, actively seeking out such opportunities.

  • Navigate through diverse sectors within the event market, uncovering opportunities and fuelling growth.

  • Collaborate with the Team Lead for Business Development Belgium on quick wins, big bets, and focus verticals, shaping impactful business strategies.

  • Assume full responsibility for the entire commercial process, from proposal development and pricing strategy to negotiation and deal closing.

Job requirements

  • Your communication skills in French and English are excellent if you do say so yourself;

  • Knowledge of and proficiency in Dutch is a plus;

  • You have a proven track record in business development;

  • You have 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS, Ticketing or Payments environment;

  • You are proactive and like to think of solutions for a potential customer;

  • You are commercially oriented and know precisely where commercial opportunities lie;

  • You are ambitious, energetic, and have a good dose of passion for our industry.
