This privacy policy applies to the personal information collected by See Tickets through its careers site, created and by the use of the software named Recruitee. See Tickets is committed to protecting the privacy of its job applicants and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the European Union (EU) and the Data Protection Act 2018 for the United Kingdom (UK).

Collection of Personal Information:

See Tickets collects personal information from job applicants, such as name, contact details, employment history, education, and other information relevant to the recruitment process. The collection of personal information is limited to what is necessary for the recruitment process.

See Tickets uses personal information collected from job applicants to evaluate their job application, communicate with them, and other purposes related to the recruitment process. See Tickets will not use job applicants' personal information for any other purpose without their explicit consent.

Data Retention:

See Tickets retains job applicants' personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. Job applicants' personal information will be deleted when it is no longer needed, to a maximum of twelve months and with the consent of the applicant.

Security Measures:

See Tickets uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect job applicants' personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. See Tickets also requires its service providers to implement appropriate security measures.

Applicant Rights:

Job applicants can access, correct, or delete personal information. Job applicants may also have the right to object to or restrict the processing of their personal information and to data portability in certain circumstances. See Tickets will respond to job applicants' requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Legal Basis for Processing:

See Tickets processes job applicants' personal information on the basis of their consent or legitimate interests. See Tickets will obtain job applicants' explicit consent before processing their personal information for any other purpose.

International Transfers:

See Tickets may transfer job applicants' personal information to countries outside the EU and the UK where See Tickets operates. See Tickets will ensure that such transfers are made in compliance with applicable data protection laws and with appropriate safeguards.
