See Tickets uses personal information collected from job applicants to evaluate their job application, communicate with them, and other purposes related to the recruitment process. See Tickets will not use job applicants' personal information for any other purpose without their explicit consent.
Sharing of Personal Information:
See Tickets may share personal information collected from job applicants with other entities in the See Tickets group but also with third parties, such as recruiters, background check companies and other service providers involved in the recruitment process. See Tickets requires its service providers to implement appropriate security measures and to comply with applicable data protection laws.
See Tickets retains job applicants' personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. Job applicants' personal information will be deleted when it is no longer needed, to a maximum of twelve months and with the consent of the applicant.
See Tickets uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect job applicants' personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. See Tickets also requires its service providers to implement appropriate security measures.
Job applicants can access, correct, or delete personal information. Job applicants may also have the right to object to or restrict the processing of their personal information and to data portability in certain circumstances.
