The role
To expand our team, we are looking for enthusiastic students who want to work as Event Managers at various events throughout Belgium. As an Event Manager, you'll work at the most prominent events and be responsible for coordinating a flawless ticketing operation. On-site, you'll be the face and point of contact for See Tickets. Your responsibilities will include:
Setting up the scanning equipment on-site and briefing the scanning staff;
Ensuring the smooth operation of all equipment and continuously monitoring the scanning process;
Assisting visitors in obtaining information or answering questions about their tickets.
Job requirements
You reside in the Brussels or Wallonia region;
You possess a valid driver's license B (this is a must!);
You have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends;
Your proficiency of French and English, both spoken and written, is excellent;
You are familiar with hardware, software, and (wireless) networks;
You are organised, resilient under stress, and flexible;
You have confidence in your abilities, think in solutions, and understand where your priorities lie.

If you enjoy attending events in your free time!;
If you have basic Dutch language skills;
If you have basic German language skills.
