In the heart of Groningen, our cosy office on Nieuwe Boteringestraat is where you'll join a dynamic team of 20 colleagues. As our newest member, you'll be the friendly face for fans across our diverse event portfolio. Your enthusiasm will shine as you assist fans through email, phone, or chat, helping them discover the perfect solution to their queries. A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Agent
Provide the best fan experience – no question is too wild for you!
Assist fans through chat, email, social media, and phone.
Tackle payment and ticket issues using our ticketing platform.
Report any hiccups or improvements to our Customer Service Coordinators.
Effectively communicate with fans of various events, from hardstyle to classical.
Dive into the behind-the-scenes action at the world's largest festivals.
Excellent command of Dutch (both spoken and written) and strong English skills;
Based in the Groningen area;
Available 24 to 40 hours per week during office hours (08:30 - 17:00) and occasionally on Saturdays;
Ace multitasker with a strong sense of responsibility;
Precision and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively;
And, of course, a passion for attending festivals, concerts, or other events in your free time.
