Our state-of-the-art ticketing solution makes millions of fans across the globe excited to purchase their tickets for their favourite events.
Join us as a Customer Service Agent in the heart of Groningen! You'll work alongside 23 colleagues of diverse ages and nationalities at our office on Nieuwe Boteringenstraat. As our Customer Service colleague, you'll be the point of contact for our fans attending various events like André Rieu, DefQon, Awakenings, and many more. With enthusiasm, you'll assist our fans and go the extra mile to help them find the right solutions. Responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent:
Delivering the best fan experience, which means no question is too outlandish for you!;
Engaging with fans through chat, email, social media, and all other communication channels;
Using our ticketing platform and resolving payment and ticket-related issues;
Reporting any hiccups or suggestions for improvements to our Customer Service Coordinators.
Job requirements
Fluent in French and English, with excellent spoken and written skills;
Reside in the Groningen area;
Available for 24-40 hours per week;
A multitasking hero with a strong sense of responsibility;
Detail-oriented and skilled at prioritising tasks;
Of course, it's worth mentioning that you enjoy attending festivals, concerts, and events in your free time.
