As a Client Success Manager, your role is vital. You'll collaborate closely with our Client Success Executives and Business Development team to provide structured and proactive service to existing (key) accounts. Your focus extends to long-term partnerships, growth strategies, and providing up-to-date ticket volume forecasts. You're at the heart of maintaining strong client relationships and driving growth in mainly Brussels and Wallonia.
Conduct client check-ins at the beginning of the week, including reviewing Event Services reports;
Set up peak sales for events and provide advice on system capabilities;
Discuss strategies with clients for improving the sales;
Prepare for upcoming events over the weekend, including sending guest list tickets, weekend event planning, and providing updates to the client;
Play a coordinating role in periodically launching and updating the B2C platform;
Maintain close communication with clients in the lead-up to the event;
Prepare and schedule evaluations.
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education;
Willing to commute to our office near the central station in Antwerp;
2 to 4 years of work experience in an account management role;
Excellent proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken;
Proficiency in applications such as G Suite and Excel;
Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally work on weekends;
You have strong organisational skills with a problem-solving approach;
You are hands-on and commercially minded;
Strong communication skills.
