We are See Tickets, the leading ticketing platform in Europe. With an international team of over 450 colleagues in 9 countries, we are dedicated to providing fans of music, sports, theatre, and culture with the ultimate experience. Our portfolio in the Benelux includes festivals such as Awakenings, Mysteryland, Defqon 1, Tomorrowland, and cultural icons like Paradiso and Dutch Design Week.

Business Development

Our Business Development team consists of 12 colleagues across our offices in both Antwerp and Amsterdam. Their primary mission? Attracting new clients! They are always looking for new opportunities and navigate adeptly through various markets. The ultimate goal? Growing our client base by presenting the added value of our innovative ticketing system.

As a Business Development Executive, you, along with the Business Development team, ensure a successful sales strategy that converts leads into clients. You represent the face of the organisation, focusing on building sustainable relationships within the museum and attraction market throughout Belgium. If you aspire to directly impact See Tickets' growth and results, this is the role for you! This position is based in our office in the heart of Antwerp and reports to the Country Manager Belgium.

Your Responsibilities

  • Activating and expanding your network within the museums and attractions market;

  • Translating the sales strategy into concrete actions;

  • Managing your opportunities through CRM (Zoho) and outreach tools;

  • Pitching the value of our ticketing platform to medium and large leads;

  • Responding to RFPs, conducting negotiations, and closing sustainable relationships;

  • Providing feedback to our Client Success team for the after-sales process;

  • Participating in fairs, conferences, and/or networking events.

Job requirements

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree;

  • You have proven work experience in a similar role in B2B sales;

  • You are trilingual, in English, French and Dutch;

  • You possess a valid driver's license (B);

  • You have strong organisational skills with problem-solving abilities;

  • You have experience using CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce;

  • You have an affinity for the cultural sector, specifically museums and attractions.
